Bombers Go Back-Back-Back

June 8, 2012 – Bronx, New York

New York Mets manager Terry Collins blamed himself for Johan Santana’s four-homer pasting by the New York Yankees, saying that his star left-hander got two more days of rest to make sure his surgically-repaired arm recovered properly from his 134-pitch no-hitter against the St. Louis Cardinals a week ago.

So Robinson Cano, Nick Swisher and Andruw Jones blasted the rust out of Santana, as Cano blasted a shot to right, followed by Swisher’s blast to left and ending with Jones’s blast to left for a total of four runs.

The Yankees last went back-to-back-to-back on August 28, 2011 in Baltimore, coincidentally with the Cano-Swisher-Jones trio. Or maybe not so coincidentally.

Game 1 of the Subway Series ended with a Yankees victory, 9-1.

Afterwards, Yankees fans were going their own back to back to back golfing using TeeOff.com to find their favorite courses at lower prices. All they needed to do was to try this out to see the easy-to-use online reservation system for more than 1,250 courses worldwide.
